Volunteer Information

The volunteer application is no longer available online. We only need volunteers for Clean Up. You must be at least 16 to work on this team.

If you are interested in volunteering for this position, go to Volunteer Registration in the lobby of Kimberly High School. Please come prepared to purchase a ticket ($25) in case the team has been filled. If you are under 18, please come with a parental consent form filled out. You will not be allowed to volunteer without parental consent. Volunteer Registration is open from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Volunteer Guidelines

1. All volunteers over the age of 18 will need to present a photo ID to register.

2. If you are under 18, you must have a parent fill out a Parental Consent Form. Your application will not be processed without it.

3. For volunteering, you will receive an event ticket. If you decided to volunteer for two shifts, you will receive a coupon for either a free event t-shirt, or a free meal.

4. Please note parking is $5 per vehicle.

5. A criminal background check will be performed on each adult volunteer. Life! Promotions reserves the right to deny an application if you do not clear the background check. You will be notified if this is the case. If you are a walk-in volunteer, this may delay the process. However, if you volunteered at Lifest 2010 a background check is not necessary.

6. Volunteers may not have their children with them while they volunteer. Please arrange for someone to watch them during your shift. All children (any age) of volunteers who are attending the concert must purchase an event ticket.

7. When you arrive at Kimberly High School, please proceed to Volunteer Registration located in the foyer. This is where you will receive your wristband and other credentials.
