VOLUNTEER

We need volunteers for everything from set-up to sales to security! Our application is not ready yet, but we hope to have it online by mid-September. You can check back then or send us your email and we will notify you when it is released: volunteer@lifepromotions.com

Volunteers can work half a day (approximately 5 hours) for an event ticket. If you choose to work the whole day, you can earn your ticket and choose between a t-shirt or combo meal as your extra benefit.

Concessions Arist Merchandise Life Promotions Merchandise	16	Volunteers will need to be ready to work hard at a fairly fast pace. You will need to be welcoming, patient, servant-minded and proficient at handling sales. Main duties will include set-up/tear-down, keeping the area clean and presentable and money exchange. You will be standing, please wear comfortable shoes.
First Aid	18	We are looking for physicians, nurses, CNAs, MAs, Paramedics, EMTs, and First Responders. Proof of medical certification is required before you can volunteer.
Parking	16	Volunteers are needed to direct attendees through the parking area. This area is often the first contact that the general public has with the event, therefore a smile and enthusiasm is a must. This job will be outdoors and on foot, so come prepared for the weather!
Security	18	This area is for watchful and assertive volunteers. Security is for mature individuals with a Christ-like attitude who will treat all situations and all people with respect and proper protocol. You may be asked to secure any area of the event and may be outside so please come prepared for the weather.
Stage Crew	18	You will be lifting and moving heavy band and stage equipment. You must be able to lift over 75 lbs. No skirts, dresses or sandals allowed while working. You may want to bring your own gloves.
Ticket Center	16	The number one priority is customer service. Therefore, volunteers need to be welcoming, patient and able to handle money. You will be working outside for most of your shift exchanging tickets for wristbands. Please dress prepared for the weather.
Clean-up Set-up	14	Most jobs require you to lift heavy objects and can be labor intensive. Wear comfortable shoes and bring work gloves. Set-Up team will work on Friday, November 5th.

Volunteer Guidelines

Volunteers over age 18 much present a photo ID at check-in. Volunteer Registration is open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
If you are under 18, you must have a parent fill out a Parental Consent Form. Your application will not be processed without it.
General volunteers do not receive free meals at Power of One. You may purchase food from Concessions, but there are no carry-ins allowed in the building. If you work two shifts, you do have the option of receiving a coupon for a combo meal at Concessions.
A criminal background check will be performed on each adult volunteer. Life Promotions reserves the right to deny an application if you do not clear the background check. You will be notified if this is the case.
Volunteers may not have their children with them while they volunteer. Please arrange for someone to watch them during your shift. All children (any age) of volunteers who are attending the concert must purchase an event ticket.
You may choose to work one shift or two shifts. If you choose to work one shift you will receive your wristband for free, if you choose two shifts you will receive a coupon for either a free t-shirt or a Combo Meal in addition to your wristband.
Early registration is greatly appreciated and will ensure that you receive your schedule before the event.
Please note that parking is $5.
When you arrive at Appleton North High School please park in the back parking lot then proceed to Volunteer Registration located in the main entrance from General Parking. This is where you will receive your wristband and other credentials. Volunteer Registration is open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
