Volunteer

The volunteer application is no longer available online. If you would like to volunteer, we have openings in these areas:
Parking (Minimum age: 16)
• 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
• 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Security Minimum age: 18)
• 7:00 am to 1:00 pm
• 4:30 pm to 10:30 pm

Clean-Up (Minimum age: 16)
• 7:00 pm to 1:00 am

Concessions (Minimum age: 16)
• 5:00 pm to 11:30 am

If you are interested in volunteering for any of these positions, go to Volunteer Check In at the back entrance at North High School. Please come prepared to purchase a ticket ($30) in case the team you would like to select has been filled. If you are under 18, please come with a parental consent form filled out. You will not be allowed to volunteer without parental consent. Volunteer Registration is open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Volunteer Guidelines

1.All volunteers over the age of 18 will need to present a photo ID to register.

2.If you are under 18, you must have a parent fill out a Parental Consent Form. Your application will not be processed without it.

3.For volunteering, you will receive an event ticket. If you decided to volunteer for two shifts, you will receive a coupon for either a free event t-shirt, or a free Combo Meal.

4.Early registration is greatly appreciated and will ensure that you receive your schedule before the event.

5.Please note parking is $5 per vehicle.

6.A criminal background check will be performed on each adult volunteer. Life! Promotions reserves the right to deny an application if you do not clear the background check. You will be notified if this is the case. If you are a walk-in volunteer, this may delay the process. However, if you volunteered at Lifest 2009 a background check is not necessary.

7.Volunteers may not have their children with them while they volunteer. Please arrange for someone to watch them during your shift. All children (any age) of volunteers who are attending the concert must purchase an event ticket.

8.When you arrive at Appleton North High School please proceed to Volunteer Registration located in the main entry from general parking. This is where you will receive your wristband and other credentials. Volunteer Registration is open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
